By accessing or using InfographicsMaker.com, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Description of Service

We provide a platform where users can generate AI-based infographics from provided inputs (such as URLs or custom text) using pre-purchased credits.

3. Account and Access

You must register to use some features. You're responsible for keeping your login secure. You may not share your account with others or attempt to bypass usage limits.

4. Usage Limits

We reserve the right to throttle or block access in cases of abuse, including automated scraping, excessive usage, or use outside the intended scope (e.g., adult content, hate speech, or illegal activity).

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the inputs you provide and the resulting images. We claim no rights over your generated content. However, by using the service, you grant us a license to process and display your content as needed to deliver the service.

All underlying code, models, designs, and site assets remain our intellectual property.

6. Payments and Credits

Credits are sold through Gumroad. Each credit allows you to generate one infographic. Prices and terms may change, but we'll honor any credits you've already purchased.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 100% no-questions-asked refund within 7 days of your purchase. Just email us at hello@infographicsmaker.com. After 7 days, refunds are not guaranteed.

8. Third-Party Services

We use Gumroad for payment processing and Vizzmo for image generation. You agree to their respective terms and privacy policies when using our service.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep the service online and functional, but we do not guarantee uptime or performance. Access may be suspended for maintenance, abuse, or force majeure events.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms or abuse of the system, with or without notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of InfographicsMaker.com. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
